Group DB8 wrote a simple and 100% working software, which break the 6.60 soft. After using this program all games on PSP (.iso and .cso) will work even if you turn off the console. UMD's after this operation will work.
How it works:
You must first update your PSP to 6.60 Firmware. You can download 6.60 Firmware from here:

After downloading You must paste this .PBP file to your MemoryStick:
1. Connect your console by USB Cable
2. Open: My Computer-> Disk(ex):/E->PSP->GAME->UPDATE
3. In UPDATE folder you must paste EBOOT6.60.PBP
4. Disconnect the USB cable
5. In PSP go to the MemoryStick and "click": PSP Update ver 6.60
6. Wait 10 minutes and you have 6.60 software

After downloading you need a password, which is below. When unpacked .rar You see 4 folders. Connect your PSP Console to computer and:
1. Open: My Computer-> Disk(ex):/E->PSP
2. In this PSP folder paste "sdk" folder from .rar package

3. After this action go to the folder "GAME" (This folder is in PSP folder)
4. In GAME folder paste: PROUPDATE and FastRecovery folder from .rar package
5. Disconnect the PSP Console
6. In PSP go to the MemoryStick and open: PROUPDATE
7. After turning PROUPDATE you must "click" two times : "X"
8. After this action your PSP will automatically restart
9. Your PSP is Hacked.
